Can-Cara Ltd Announced as Housing Solution Partner for Jamaica Civil Service Association

The Jamaica Civil Service Association (JCSA) held its Annual General Meeting at the O’Neil W. Grant Auditorium, JACISERA Park, with the theme “Honouring our Legacy, Shaping our Future: 105 Years of Impacting Workers’ Lives.” This year’s meeting marked a significant development for sustainable housing in Jamaica, as Can-Cara Ltd was announced as the JCSA’s official Housing Solution Partner.

Can-Cara Ltd, a leader in sustainable development, will support the JCSA by providing affordable housing solutions across the island. The partnership will offer 144 detached two- bedroom, one-bathroom houses at Union Acres, St. James to civil servants and also aims to deliver over 2000 homes to first-time homeowners throughout Jamaica. This will be achieved by utilising approximately 20 acres of JCSA land in each parish.

The announcement of the initiative with Can-Cara was met with roaring applause from the delegates, underscoring the importance and excitement surrounding the new partnership. Founder and Chairman Joseph Junior Lincoln emphasised Can-Cara’s belief that civil servants, who do so much for the enrichment of Jamaica, deserve affordable quality homes with access to clean and safe water.
